Return & Refund Policy :

A product once purchased from Scogo Store may require to be returned or replaced. To have a smooth experience for the same, please have this policy handy.

  1. Returns or Replacements are accepted by Scogo Store within 10 days from the date of delivery received.
  2. Device to be returned or replaced should include the following : original invoice, valid serial number and tags, complete package with all the genuine accessories and/or compatibles received along with the device.
  3. Any tempered or harmed device or parts shall not be accepted by Scogo Store and the cost for the same shall be borne by you.

What is the eligibility criteria for repair / replacement ?

  1. Scogo Renewed devices are eligible for return or replacement within 10 days from the date of purchase. However, a no-question-return request shall be accepted if the device was originally received in damaged condition and was informed to us within 48 hours of Delivery. For replacement of a device you can make a request within 10 days from the date of delivery received.
  2. Device must be in original condition & packaging to be eligible for return or replacement. Any damage or signs of misuse will void the eligibility.
  3. Proof of purchase i.e Original Invoice is a must for all returns or replacements.

What reason can be considered for repair / replacement ?

  1. Defective Product: If Scogo Renewed device is found to be defective upon receipt or within the warranty period, it may be eligible for repair or replacement.
  2. Incorrect Product: If the device received is not the one ordered or if it differs significantly from the product description, it may be returned or replaced.
  3. Re-evaluation / Reconsideration: A device may be returned or replaced, subject to a restocking fee of 5% of Invoice value (exclusive of logistics) to be deducted from the final settlement amount.

What is the process for requesting repair / replacement ?

  1. Customer must contact us within the specified time to initiate return or replacement process at store@scogo.in or +91 70417 04191.
  2. The Support team will provide instructions on how to return a device, including necessary steps to be followed or documentation to be attached.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the return or replacement within 10-15 working days.

What cannot be considered for repair / replacement? 

  1. Device that has been damaged due to misuse, neglect or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return or replacement.
  2. Consumable items such as batteries are not eligible for return or replacement unless they are defective upon receipt.

Scogo reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. By purchasing Scogo Renewed devices, you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions outlined in this Policy.
