What is the difference between Second-hand and Scogo Renewed devices ?
Scogo Renewed devices undergo extensive care, thorough testing, repair & restoration processes to ensure they meet high-quality standards and perform ‘like new’. Whereas, Second-hand laptops are typically sold ‘as-is' without any warranty or QC (quality check).

Is Scogo Renewed the same as a new device ?
‘No’, the prime differentiator for both is its cost to the buyer (possibly up-to 80% cheaper). A renewed device is generally pre-used, hence put through extensive testing & QC, to repair any defects discovered and replace any faulty parts found.

Do Scogo Renewed laptops come with a warranty ?
Yes, all renewed laptops from Scogo Store come with a 1 year on-site support warranty. Our warranty policy contains details of coverage, please refer the same https://store.scogo.in/pages/warranty-policy .

Is specification upgrade possible in Scogo Renewed devices ?
Yes, we do offer customization options for certain models at an additional cost, allowing you to upgrade components such as RAM, storage, processors, etc. Please contact us at store@scogo.in to know more.

Do Scogo Renewed laptops come with operating systems pre-installed ?
Yes, all renewed laptops come with a pre-installed genuine operating system like Windows 10 / 11, though MS Office has to be separately purchased for. 
Additionally, they undergo a fresh installation of the operating system to ensure they are ready for immediate use.

How do I trust the quality of the Scogo Renewed devices ?
Scogo Renewed devices undergo a 21-point QC (quality-check) before they are marked fit for customer.

How long does it take to deliver my Scogo Renewed Laptop ? 
It generally takes 6-8 working days to deliver a Scogo Renewed Laptop from the date of confirmation received for the order placed.

How can I check my Shipping status at Scogo Store ?
You can login to Scogo Store, go to your profile and check order status. We also send you confirmation Emails and messages for the same at every step of movement.

How long does the 1 year On-site Support Warranty last ? (Included with purchase) 
This limited warranty lasts for 1 year and begins on the date of purchase indicated on your invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any part(s). Scogo Store may change the availability of warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retrospective.

What do I do if I need warranty service? 
Before the warranty expires, please call us at the number listed below. Make sure to have your Scogo Store Serial No. or Order No. available when you contact us.

Post-sale :

How can I replace my order at Scogo Store ?
You are eligible for replacement within 10 days of receiving the delivery. To initiate a return request, Please refer to our return & replacement policy to know more. Additionally you need to:
Share the video of the device with prevailing issue at store@scogo.in .
Send a photocopy of the original Invoice at store@scogo.in .
Our Support Team will respond to you within 48 hours and schedule a Scogo technician’s visit to verify & collect the device.

Note - If your request is accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how & where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior replacement request will not be accepted.

What is not covered under replacement ?
Minor scratches & dents (cosmetic upgrades) , ill-usage, misuse, neglect or unauthorized repair are not covered under replacement.

How can I get my device repaired at Scogo Store? / How can I book a support ticket at Scogo Store ?
You can avail repairs using On-site support warranty that comes with every purchase of a renewed laptop from Scogo Store.
To book a support ticket, log in to your Scogo Store account, select "Assistance" in the chat, select ‘repair’  from repair / replacement / refund, we shall assist you with aligning a technician to provide you with on-site support*.
Note - For support you can reach us at store@scogo.in / 7041704191  (Mon-Sat between 10AM to 7PM), if the device is covered by warranty, we’ll ensure necessary arrangements for repairs.

How much time will Scogo Store take to resolve my query ?
Our team generally resolves an issue within 2 to 3 working days, from the moment a query is received. You will get acknowledgement over mail for your query and your issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

What documents are required to claim return / replacement ?
Original proof of purchase (i.e Original Invoice) which clearly indicates the name, address, date & place of purchase, GST Number and valid serial number in case of serialized product. 
Note - Original device an d all genuine parts & accessories received, should mandatorily be a part of the return-package to initiate the process.

What can I expect in a replaced device from Scogo Store ?
At Scogo Store, we take pristine care in renewing devices to ensure they are reliable and perform ‘like new’. In case of a replaced device you can expect a similar or higher configuration for your device, only if an exact replica for the same is not available at the moment .

How long will the repair process take ?
Each repair service takes about 1-2 hours approximately since trained and efficient professionals handle your device. You can relax while it is being repaired, while we ensure everything is done perfectly!

How long will the replacement process take ?
Each replacement service takes about 10-15 working days time to verify / fix / replace the existing defects and dispatch the replaced device back to you. 

What should I do in case I receive a damaged product ?
If you receive a package that has been tampered with or damaged in any way, please refuse it. If already accepted, please inform us within 24 hours so that we can rectify the situation. 

In case of physical damage, inform the courier rider or reach out to us at store@scogo.in .

What should I do in case I receive an open box product ?
We request you to refuse the product right at sight by giving us a video proof for the same.

How long does the extended limited warranty last ?(At additional cost) 
The extended limited warranty ends 1 year from the order purchase date indicated on your invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any part(s). Scogo Store may change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive .
